D3 Nationals (2006) - Highlights
- Princess was open any time he wanted to be and made the cuts that we desperately needed most of the time.
- Jared and Todd played great defense the entire tournament, and popped amazingly against other team's zones.
- Shane played phenomenally until he broke his wrist on some guys face trying to throw a huck to Davis; the disk still went ¾ of the way down the field.
- Davis ran out and caught every other huck that our team threw, and got a layout calahan; all of this and more, on a broken wrist.
- Chase did some great things, and played well overall. He was pretty much great in every position on the field.
- Tim did stuff...
- Pill had some great throws, several of them were hammers for scores in the end zone.
- Ech was demoted from coach to advanced consultant, after the team started taking his advice only when he wasn't there to see it.
- Scherf got at least five sweet D's, one of which was almost a calahan.
- Drew had some great hucks, and did an amazing job of dumping and swinging.
- Eddie finally learned how to jump, and skied several people; this was unprecedented since Eddie had been know to get skied by the hobbits at practice.
- Chico finally started laying out, and ended up getting his first layout catch, which he threw for a score.
- For the final point of the final game, Ben reached backwards over his defender to catch a blade for a score. This was also the final catch of his college career. What a way to end.
