Conditioning practice will be held Thursdays at 5:30pm and Fridays at 6:30am.
Everyone is required to show up to one of these each week. Meet inside the front of the Rec Center.

Practice times for the Spring (2008) are Sundays from 2pm to 5pm and Wednesdays
from 5pm to 7:30pm. These will be on the South IM fields.

The UPA (Ultimate Players Association) is the governing body of ultimate. If you would like to play in the college series,
you must join the UPA.
This can be done here:

Membership costs $30 and lasts for 1 calender year.
